Terms and Conditions
Anyone that uses this website and agrees to services provided as a result will be deemed to have read and agreed to the terms and conditions set out below:
- In the event a booking is cancelled by the customer within 24 hours of the start of the tour any and all monies will be non refundable.
- Clients who give more than 24 hours notice to cancel their tour will receive a full refund of any monies paid.
- No hidden fees or charges will be payable on completion of a tour, unless a tour has run over the allocated time which has been at the request of the client.
- All customers property are carried entirely at their own risk and Luxe Chauffeur Drive Scotland shall not be held responsible / liable for any loss or damage to such property.
- A strict no alcohol policy is upheld whilst travelling in any of our vehicles.
- Any sickness through negligence or alcohol which requires valeting will incur a fixed fee of £50.
- Smoking is not permitted in any of our vehicles.
- No food shall be consumed in any of our vehicles.
- Seat belts must be worn while travelling in our vehicles.
- All major credit cards and PayPal accepted.
